Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and return procedures for all orders placed with American Research Solutions.
1. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Average delivery time is 3–5 business daysfrom the date of shipment; however, delivery may take up to 15 business days due to factors beyond the control of American Research Solutions, including but not limited to
postal delays, weather conditions, and high seasonal volume.
2. Missing or Delayed Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please first check with your local USPS office and neighbors to verify its location. In some cases, USPS may mark a package as delivered up to 48 hours before actual delivery. American Research Solutions is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, USPS delivery errors, or circumstances
beyond our control.
If USPS confirms in writing that the package is lost and the shipping address provided at checkout was accurate, we will reship the order one time at no additional cost.
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. In the event that an order is shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address as a result of information supplied by the customer, and the order is consequently returned, undeliverable, or delivered to the wrong location, American Research Solutions shall not be held liable for any resulting loss. Should the customer request that the order be reshipped, the customer agrees to pay a fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the original order value, in addition to any applicable shipping charges, prior to the order being reshipped.
American Research Solutions will not replace, reship, or refund any package that is shipped to a freight forwarder or third-party forwarding service. Once a package is delivered to the freight forwarder’s facility, all responsibility transfers to the customer and the forwarding service. We strongly recommend shipping directly to your personal
address.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds and for reasons related to quality control, contamination risk, and legal compliance, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery to request a replacement. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.
