American Research Solutions strongly recommends shipping directly to your personal or institutional address. Packages delivered to freight forwarders or third-party forwarding services are not eligible for replacement, reshipment, or refund after delivery to the forwarding facility.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address at checkout. American Research Solutions is not responsible for packages lost, returned, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly because of customer-provided address errors. If reshipment is requested, a fee equal to 50% of the original order value, plus applicable shipping charges, must be paid before the order is reshipped.
