Products & Research Use
All products sold by American Research Solutions are intended exclusively for laboratory research and testing by qualified researchers and institutions. They are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic applications.
No. Our products are strictly intended for scientific research and development and must not be used for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnostic procedures, or therapeutic treatment.
Purchasers must be qualified researchers or institutions with the appropriate knowledge, equipment, certifications, and secure facilities required to handle research materials safely and legally. Purchasers must also be at least 18 years old.
No. American Research Solutions does not provide medical or veterinary advice, product-selection recommendations, dosing instructions, reconstitution guidance, or product-storage guidance. Requests for this type of information may be declined.
Product Quality & Documentation
American Research Solutions provides quality documentation for its research compounds, including available analytical testing and Certificates of Analysis. Testing details may vary by product or batch, so researchers should review the documentation listed on the applicable product page.
A Certificate of Analysis, commonly called a COA, contains analytical information associated with a product or batch. Depending on the available testing, it may include the compound name, batch identification, purity results, test date, and analytical method.
When available, the Certificate of Analysis is displayed within the product information or documentation section of the applicable product page. Customers may also contact orders@americanresearchsolutions.com with questions about available product documentation.
Minor differences in the appearance, consistency, or volume of lyophilized research material may occur between compounds or batches. Product identity and quality should be evaluated using the corresponding product label and analytical documentation rather than appearance alone.
Ordering & Payment
Select the research products you need, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are qualified to handle the materials, and agree to the website’s Terms and Conditions.
American Research Solutions currently accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. After submitting an order, follow the provided payment instructions carefully and include any requested order information.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
The existing policies do not clearly state whether an order can be canceled or changed before shipment. I would not publish an answer until the owner chooses a rule.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped through USPS.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Average delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days after shipment, although delivery can take up to 15 business days because of carrier delays, weather, seasonal volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Yes. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order after your package ships.
No. American Research Solutions currently conducts business and fulfills orders only within the United States.
American Research Solutions strongly recommends shipping directly to your personal or institutional address. Packages delivered to freight forwarders or third-party forwarding services are not eligible for replacement, reshipment, or refund after delivery to the forwarding facility.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address at checkout. American Research Solutions is not responsible for packages lost, returned, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly because of customer-provided address errors. If reshipment is requested, a fee equal to 50% of the original order value, plus applicable shipping charges, must be paid before the order is reshipped.
First, check with household members, neighbors, and your local USPS office. USPS may occasionally mark a package as delivered up to 48 hours before it arrives. If USPS confirms in writing that the package is lost and the address submitted at checkout was correct, American Research Solutions will reship the order one time at no additional cost.
American Research Solutions is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed because of an incorrect customer-provided address, USPS delivery errors, or circumstances outside the company’s control.
Returns & Order Issues
No. Due to quality-control requirements, contamination risks, and the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
Contact orders@americanresearchsolutions.com within five business days of delivery to request a replacement. Claims submitted after that period will not be accepted.
Under the current policy, damaged or incorrect items qualify for replacement rather than a refund. All other sales are final.
